The shipping guy will provide two person to offload, carry in, and place the furniture in the room for the customer. They will break down and condense all packaging material and place where customer requests. They will notify the customer 2-3 days prior to loading their merchandise for delivery. The customer is given a specific date and a three-hour window of when the delivery will be made. The deliveries are scheduled seven days a week from 7am to 9pm.
