Our home is smoke free with a full kitchen, you will feel like you're right at home. No pets allowed. We have a 30 foot deck balcony overlooking the ocean you might want to have a Barbecue or just sit and eat outside while watching the great views of the city of Boston and the people swimming at the beach. We also have a High Speed Ferry leaving from Hull to Long Wharf Boston and it's about a 20 minute ride.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THIS RENTAL PROPERTY
SMOKING FINE OF $100 WILL BE APPLIED TO THE RENTAL COST.

A FINE OF $50/ANIMAL WILL BE APPLIED TO THE RENTAL COST.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation at any given time however we will not refund the deposit for the rental but we can exchange it for another week which is more convenient for you based on availability.
