Kodi is a male Shepherd/Beagle mix that is 70lbs and needs a home where the owner will be totally devoted to him and him alone as the only pet in the home. Kodi is completely house broken. He is very loving and will climb in your lap and stay there. He does need a lot of attention. I want him to have a safe happy home, where he can get into your lap and stay there. He needs to be on a leash around other dogs and people. That is the law, but a lot of people don't abide by it. Kodi is very protective of his home and will bark when people come near it. He is also pretty hyper and loves to play and loves to chase the ball. He is all up to date on shots and just wants a good home. I wouldn’t put him with babies, but he is very, very good with kids and will play with them all day. Heads up! When you have a ball, he will just run and bump into anything that is in his way (he has toppled over my son a couple of times) ...another reason I don't like him around babies. He also loves the hose and will chase it and chase it. Please be good to him. He is a good boy. He knows the following tricks Commands: sit, stay, come... the basics. He likes to sleep on the sofa.. but knows to get off too. He is very house trained. No past health problems. Very healthy. Kodi just doesn't pay attention when he is focused on something and if the babies are around, he just goes on top of them. If you throw the ball he will knock them over to get it. He just doesn't clue in to his surroundings when he gets excited. Kodi is truly a joy to have around. Very friendly and wants to please. She is very eager to learn. She is tremendously loyal and loving. A devoted friend, and very lively pet.
