This mixer is just a hoot! This is in the original box, circa 60s. This is a two piece set that operates on 2 C batteries. The glass base has recipes for your favorite drinks including Manhatten, Whiskey Sour, Daquiri, Screwdriver, Collins, Gin Fizz, Old Fashioned, Gimlet, Martini, Alexander, Bloody Mary, and Rob Roy. This has a blender but is recommended for mixing only not for ice, I read some reviews from a collector and he said the motor isn't strong enough to actually crush and blend the ice. The black top which is trimmed with a wide silver metal band which is very retro looking, there is an on/off button with a button to press to pour the mixed drink. This appears to never have been use, no damage, VERY mild wear from the box. The box is a bit tattered, the top flap is missing with wear on corners. This has a capacity of 24oz or 3 1/2 cups.
